Welcome to www.bfmed-europe.org (‘website’). The website is operated by the European Association of Breastfeeding Medicine (‘EABM’). EABM is an international association focused on connecting and assisting physicians with an interest in breastfeeding medicine in Europe and Israel. The website is hosted by SitiHost in The Netherlands.

EABM provides membership services for members of the EABM, with as goals to promote education on Breastfeeding Medicine,
develop regional research on Breastfeeding Medicine topics, represent the medical community in political and legislative issues concerning breastfeeding and lactation, support physicians across Europe with questions in the field of breastfeeding medicine and build a network of physicians in Breastfeeding Medicine in Europe.

2. Intellectual Property

The content of the website, the general structure, the texts, the images, animated or not, and the sounds of which the site is composed are the exclusive property of EABM. Any distinctive sign or copyrighted materials belonging to a third party are credited as such on the website. Any total or partial representation of this website and its contents, by any process whatsoever, without the express prior authorisation of EABM is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by law.

3. Reproducing the website content

The right of use granted to the (internet) user is personal and private: that is to say that any reproduction of the content of the site, whether for collective or professional use, even internally within a company, is prohibited. The same applies to any communication of the website content by electronic means, including dissemination via intranet or company extranet.

The right to use this website  includes only the authorisation to consult the site and its contents.

This right includes only the permission to reproduce content for display on a single screen and as a single copy, for backup and print.
