Conference

Before the European Association for Breastfeeding Medicine existed, there were already European Breastfeeding Medicine Conferences: the European regional conferences of the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine. These were organized in Europe, but without a formal organization structure.

One important goal of EABM is to provide a good structure to enable continued and improved organization of European Breastfeeding Medicine Conferences.

The first joint EABM/ABM conference happened in May 2023, in Split, Croatia. You can still read the program on the conference website.

The next EABM/ABM conference is scheduled for May 22nd-May 24th 2025 in Tallinn, Estonia.
