Before the formation of the European Association of Breastfeeding Medicine in 2022, seven European Regional Conferences of the Academy for Breastfeeding Medicine were organized. One of the goals of EABM is to formalize this organization and continue and improve the opportunities for networking, sharing research and educating physicians in Europe and Israel about breastfeeding medicine.

The first joint EABM/ABM conference happened in May 2023 in Split, Croatia. It was a great success. You can still read the program on the conference website.

The next EABM/ABM conference is scheduled for May 2025 in Tallinn, Estonia! Updates will follow.
